Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order through our online store (or through any other means).

The server that hosts our store encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. 

To ensure a safe payment procedure, our website uses credit card processor for a reliable and secure internet payment gateway, keeping all data encrypted with AES-256.

Please allow 2 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. The tracking number will be sent to the email address where you registered your account. General goods take 1-2 weeks and 2-3 weeks for toy guns.Usually our products are shipped free of charge, but there are some countries that cannot be shipped through normal logistics, so a shipping fee may be charged.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can conveniently track it on our website via the link provided, or also use the third-party service 17Track: https://www.17track.net/en.

Normal shipping processes:

1. From our warehouse to the distribution center

2. Code scanning and distribution by the staff of the distribution center

3. Customs clearance

4. Go to the airport and wait for air transportation

5. Air transportation to the your country

6. Customs Clearance

7. Local courier companies delivers to you (For example, the United States is USPS)

The whole process takes 10-20 days

USPS Logistics for USA:

Your shipment will be departed China via our upgraded logistics network. Due to system integration protocols with our new carrier partners, real-time tracking updates will remain unavailable during the initial transit phase.

Key delivery timeline:
🔹 Phase 1 - International Transit
Tracking status will activate within 12 business days of tracking number issuance, indicating successful USPS handover at Los Angeles Gateway (LAX).

🔹 Phase 2 - Final Delivery
USPS will complete delivery within 3-5 business days post-customs clearance.

Our logistics team will:

✓ Initiate priority inquiry if status doesn't update by Day 14
✓ Email you immediately upon USPS scan confirmation

Haven't received your confirmation email? We recommend double-checking the email address you entered during checkout as the first step.

You can change your order within 24 hours of placing your order, before you receive the tracking number, which indicates that the package has been dispatched when you receive the tracking number. You may contact us via lkcj@theluckylk.com to request for change. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at lkcj@theluckylk.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
