Refund policy

Cancellation

You can change your order within 24 hours of placing your order, before you receive the tracking number, which indicates that the package has been dispatched when you receive the tracking number. You may contact us via lkcj@theluckylk.com to request for change.ย  Please allow 1-2 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we canโ€™t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the sameย condition as whenย you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Some health and personal care items
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Sale items (if applicable).ย Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.ย Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.ย There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).ย Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to ourย error.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved,ย thenย your refund will be processed, and a credit will automaticallyย be appliedย to your credit card or originalย method ofย paymentย within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you havenโ€™t received a refundย yet, first checkย your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; itย may take some time before your refundย is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refundย is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.ย If you receive a damaged or defectiveย product,ย you have 72 hours from theย arrival of the productย to contact us about theย defectiveย unit.ย You can reach out to us hereย at lkcj@theluckylk.com.

Shipping

To return your product, you should email us at lkcj@theluckylk.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reachย youย may vary.

Ifย you areย shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We donโ€™t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
